1. Booking & Payment
- Booking is confirmed only via written communication (SMS / WhatsApp / Email) with a booking reference number
- Provide accurate details at booking: pickup point, drop, date, time, passenger count, flight number
- Fare Includes: Chauffeur charges + Fuel + AC
- Fare Excludes (payable on actuals):
FASTag Pro-Tip: Keep your FASTag balance topped up — especially on Agra Expressway routes. Insufficient balance = cash toll at double the rate (₹1,300+ per crossing). Every vehicle in our fleet carries a topped-up FASTag. No surprises on our end.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The 24-Hour Rule
The clock starts from your booking confirmation time — not your pickup time.
Why no refund after 24 hours? Once confirmed, your vehicle is blocked exclusively for your booking. This creates a direct, unrecoverable loss of business for that time slot. This policy applies to all booking types — local, outstation, airport, and monthly packages.
No-Show Policy
- If you are unreachable or absent within 45 minutes of your scheduled pickup time (or actual flight landing time for airport pickups) — the booking is marked as a No-Show
- Penalty: 100% deduction. Zero refund.
- For airport pickups, the 45-minute window starts from actual landing time, not scheduled landing time
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- Bank/gateway delays are outside our control
3. Airport Transfers — Wait Time Policy
- Free waiting time: 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time
- This covers immigration, baggage claim, and customs
- After 60 minutes: Hourly waiting charges apply (billed in 30-minute increments)
- For non-airport pickups: 15 minutes free, charges apply thereafter
4. Vehicle Rules & Passenger Conduct
Zero Tolerance Policy
Damage Policy
- Any damage to upholstery, interiors, fittings, or exterior caused by passengers is the Customer’s full liability
- Actual repair and deep-cleaning costs will be recovered — backed by photographic evidence and authorised service centre estimates
- Damage liability is not waived by insurance claims
Passenger Conduct
- Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour toward the driver = immediate trip termination, no refund
- Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle’s registered seating capacity
- Exceeding capacity = driver may refuse to proceed — no refund issued

6. Limitation of Liability
- Belongings: Delhi Airport Transfer is not responsible for personal items, valuables, or documents left in the vehicle after a trip. Check your seat before exiting.
- External Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, bandhs, VIP movements, weather, or acts of God
- Maximum Liability: In any claim, our liability is capped at the total fare paid for that specific booking
- Third-Party Services: Our liability covers the transport component only — not third-party guides, hotels, or services
7. GST & Invoicing
- GST at 5% (or current Government of India rate) applies to all bookings
- GST invoice issued within 24 hours of trip completion
- Provide your GSTIN at the time of booking — retrospective addition is not guaranteed
- Corporate monthly clients receive consolidated monthly invoices with full trip log
8. Disputes & Jurisdiction
- All disputes are first addressed via direct support — +91-9953108485 or info@delhiairporttransfer.com — with a 14-day resolution attempt
- Unresolved disputes go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- All legal matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India
